Alrighty, this search is well underway.  I visited some Work at Home forums and poked around.  There actually is a lot to be learned from many of these forums.  I quickly recognized that they seem to fall into one of two categories:

Community-oriented forums where members seek to be mutually supportive of one another
Crazy forums where [...]
